Narcopolis: Since I have two copies, does anybody want one? (this time, US only, please)

While Penguin kindly sent me their edition, I already have one from the UK, so if anyone's interested in this book, I would love to share.   US Only, please.  All you have to do is make the first comment saying you want the book and it's yours.
